Once we notice via pc banking that your payment has been made, the napkins will be packed and sent to you.
DELIVERY - 2
Should a napkin (temporarily) not be available, we will send you a mail to ask if you should want to see your money repaid into your account or if you should want to change your order. Should this concern a small order, being sent in envelopes, than the first envelopes will be sent and the last will be held until we have received a reply. Should it concern a larger order, than the napkins will be sent in a box; and we will hold the box until we know what napkin(s) should eventually be sent instead of the one(s) not available. Usually all packages are available, so we can work quite quickly.
If you wish to receive the money you paid for articles that haven't been delivered, please let us know.
DELIVERY - 3
Post, addressed to foreign countries (not Belgium) will be sent via the postal services in the Netherlands; post for Belgium will be sent via the Belgian postal services. In the Netherlands the postal services guarantee a 95% delivery rate for the next day (within the Netherlands). Via the Belgian postal services, it may unfortunately take a few days.

In which cases is Jori's Hobby not responsible for a non-successful delivery? If the delivery address isn't correct; The package has been presented but was not accepted. Of course we can resend the order in such cases, but this will only be done after payment of the extra sending costs.
