- Don't forget mentioning: The order number and the name you used to
order. If you do not mention these, it will be impossible
for us to work out for which order a payment is made. If we receive a
payment without the right details, it will be kept
until we hear from you.

- If you do not want to or cannot use a way of
paying without further expenses, please add the
additional bank costs to the total sum of your
order. If you don't, we have to deduct the same amount of money as hold
back by the bank from your order, and it will thus NOT be
sent to you. In this case, we will send you a mail with the request which part of the order you would like to cancel,
to compensate the bank expenses. It is hence important not to overlook possible bank expenses.
